The Blend

Service Description

This 90 minute service is guided by intuition. A blend of energy work, bodywork and vibrational sound therapy are used to help bring the body, mind and spirit into a place of oneness. This is a journey. The beginning of the session starts with a guided meditation to bring you into your body. As you relax, you become more in tune with your body and what it has been trying to express. The journey has begun! Energy work to scan for and feel for the energies coming off of the body, a guide to what the body is asking for help with. Massage techniques will be used along with Reiki and vibrational sound therapy to help the body release the things that its holding onto! This is in no way a full body massage. This session is driven by what your body is saying! Let's work together to listen and heal!
